Monil seeks a field sales professional to help grow in South Central and South East US regions. You will respond to producer inquiries, assess operations, and focus on opportunities where Monil can make the greatest impact. Expect field visits, ranch conversations, and remote coordination with the US team.

You’ll balance travel to ranches and industry events with phone outreach, demos, and follow-ups, building relationships and moving deals forward in a fast-growing company.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires hands-on sales experience or education related to sales, agriculture, or agribusiness.
• Comfort with in-field ranch visits and practical conversations with producers.
• Ability to move deals forward via calls, meetings, and demos.

Aufgaben

• Meet directly with cattle producers and ranchers across multiple states.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and guide producers through buying.
• Prospect new opportunities and close sales through phone outreach and follow-up.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and industry trade shows.
• Collaborate with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure successful onboarding.
• Provide field feedback to improve product fit and messaging.
• Refine the sales process with real-world field experience.
