Job summary

Monil, a fast-moving agtech company, is expanding its US sales presence and seeking a remote Regional Sales role focused on South Central and surrounding states. You will meet cattle producers, conduct on-farm demos, and drive opportunities from inquiry to closed deals while traveling to ranches and events as needed, with day-to-day support from the US team.

You’ll balance field activities with phone and desk time, reporting to the Head of Sales US.

Qualifications

• The candidate has experience in agriculture, ideally cattle, grazing, or livestock production.
• Hands-on sales experience or education related to sales, agriculture, or agribusiness.
• Comfortable working in the field, on ranches, and making calls to move deals forward.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with cattle producers and ranchers across Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Nebraska.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and guide producers through the buying process.
• Prospect new opportunities and close sales via phone outreach, follow-ups, and inbound interest.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and industry trade shows.
• Collaborate with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure customers start successfully.
• Provide field feedback to improve product fit and messaging.
