Job summary

Monil is a fast moving company building virtual fencing technology for grazing livestock. This remote sales role focuses on Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Nebraska, combining on-ground ranch visits with phone outreach to drive opportunities.

You will join a small US team, travel to ranches and industry events, and help expand our regional footprint while supporting producers with practical demonstrations and guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, cattle, grazing, or livestock preferred.
• Hands-on sales experience or related education sought.
• Comfortable talking with producers on ranches and at events.

Responsibilities

• Meet cattle producers and ranchers across KS, MO, IA, OK, NE.
• Conduct on-farm demos and guide buyers through the process.
• Prospect opportunities via phone outreach and inbound inquiries.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure onboarding.
