Job summary

Monil is a fast-moving company building grazing technology for cattle producers. This remote US role focuses on growing the Southeast region by engaging producers, conducting on-farm demos, and guiding buyers through the purchasing process.

You’ll travel to ranches and events, respond to inquiries, and work closely with the Farmer Success Manager to onboard customers and expand relationships. A background in agriculture or sales helps you win trust in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or livestock operations preferred.
• Ability to conduct on-farm demonstrations.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Comfortable traveling and fieldwork.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Ability to explain technical solutions practically.
• Willingness to join an early-stage, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Meet cattle producers and ranchers across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and guide buyers through the process.
• Prospect new opportunities and close sales via calls and inbound interest.
• Support meetings, demo days, and industry trade shows.
• Work with Farmer Success Manager to ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Share field feedback to improve product fit and messaging.
• Improve sales processes using real-world field experience.
