Job summary

Monil is expanding its US presence in the Midwest and is seeking a field sales professional with cattle, grazing, or livestock experience. You will meet ranchers, demonstrate our grazing‑tech, and guide producers through the buying process, blending on‑farm activity with phone follow‑ups.

You will travel to farms and industry events while coordinating with the US team. This role emphasizes relationship building, practical conversations, and hands‑on sales experience to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, ideally cattle, grazing, or livestock.
• Comfortable walking onto a ranch and having practical conversations with producers.
• Enjoy field work and time around livestock operations, plus phone/desk follow-ups.
• Hands-on sales experience or education related to sales/agriculture/agribusiness.
• Organized, proactive, and own problem solving.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team.
• Ability to explain technical solutions practically.
• Excited to join early and build something new.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with cattle producers and ranchers across Arkansas, Oklahoma, West Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and guide producers through the buying process.
• Prospect new opportunities and close sales through phone outreach, follow-up conversations, and inbound interest.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and industry trade shows.
• Work closely with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure customers get started successfully.
• Share feedback from the field to improve product fit, messaging, and the customer experience.
• Continuously improve how we sell using feedback from producers and field experience.
