Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II – IP&E to drive strategic account plans, build critical relationships, and expand Arrow's offerings in a fast-paced electronics market.

Based in the Baltimore area with local travel 3-4 days a week, you will lead iQBRs and regular QBRs with major customers, coordinating with vendors in a technical environment to grow sales and improve service delivery. This remote-friendly role offers strong compensation and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of field sales experience required.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and sell Arrow offerings with knowledge of supplier lines.
• Role may involve work under ITAR regulations;U.S. citizens or eligible statuses required.
• Local travel in Baltimore and surrounding areas 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory out of Baltimore and surrounding areas.
• Plan strategy and develop key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and business challenges.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock more opportunities.
• Utilize sales tracking systems and support the full Arrow product offerings.
