Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II for IP&E in the Seattle area. Based remotely, you will manage key accounts, plan strategies, and foster relationships with design teams to drive Arrow’s electronics solutions across IP&E markets.

You will promote supply chain services, participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE, and travel as needed to customer sites and Arrow offices throughout the region.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical field sales experience in electronics or IP&E.
• A 4-year degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and value-added services.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined accounts in the Washington market, building strategic sales plans.
• Develop relationships with design teams and customers to identify opportunities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key customers and drive field promotion.
• Collaborate with team to expand Arrow offerings and meet sales targets.
• Navigate pricing programs and models to win deals.
