Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II to grow the IP&E business in Baltimore and surrounding areas. The role requires defining markets, building relationships with engineering and procurement contacts, and driving Arrow’s full offering in a technical environment.

Remote travel is expected; travel locally 3-4 days per week to meet customers, present quarterly reviews, and generate demand while pursuing sales targets under a 60/40 OTE split.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of field sales experience
• Experience interacting with vendors/customers in a technical/engineering environment
• Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts
• Willingness to travel locally 3-4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the Baltimore area
• Plan strategy and develop key relationships to drive solution selling
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with major customers
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts
• Prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and implement strategic steps
• Build relationships with key suppliers and use sales tracking systems like Salesforce
