Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - IP&E to drive sales in the Baltimore area and surrounding markets. You will define target markets, develop key customer relationships, and lead quarterly business reviews to grow revenue and enhance customer service.

The role requires 2–5 years of field sales experience, knowledge of electronics components, and the ability to execute strategic plans while promoting Arrow's value-added supply chain and lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of field sales experience.
• Understanding of the electronic components industry.
• Knowledge of Baltimore market/territory and customers.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for accounts and articulate complex strategies.
• IP&E experience preferred and export license eligibility for U.S. person.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in the Baltimore area; develop strategies and relationships to enable solution selling.
• Lead internal quarterly and business reviews (iQBR) and regular QBRs with major customers to grow sales and improve service.
• Promote Arrow value-add, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs; utilize SalesForce.com and Oracle in day-to-day work.
