Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of field sales experience required.
• Understanding of the electronic components industry.
• Knowledge of the Baltimore market/territory.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts.
• IP&E experience preferred.
• Eligible for export license / U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in Baltimore area; build key relationships.
• Develop strategic plans and market Arrow's offerings.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) for major customers.
• Promote Arrow's value-added, supply chain, and life-cycle programs; use SFDC and Oracle.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan; 60/40 base to incentive.
