Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II to drive strategic account development in the MD/Baltimore area, planning strategy and building relationships to promote Arrow’s full solution offerings in a technical environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of field sales experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to lead quarterly business reviews and annual plans. Travel to Arrow offices within the regional territory is expected, with remote work within the region.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field sales experience required.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical/engineering environment.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and present iQBRs.

Responsibilities

• Plan strategy and develop key relationships to build a strong foundation for solution selling.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts and ensure satisfaction with supply chain management and value-added services.
• Lead regular QBRs with major customers and prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR).
• Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and grow sales, demand creation, and customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and align on compensation plan goals (OTE 60/40 split).
