Job summary

Global Payments seeks an ambitious ISV Sales Specialist to convert leads from our ISV partners and self-sourced opportunities into closed deals. You will travel to client sites and maintain CRM records, targeting annual OTE of $90k–$100k with base $40k–$50k, and earn commissions by meeting quotas.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, field-based role requiring a minimum 75% travel and strong prospecting, presentation, and partner-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a driven hunter/closer with a professional demeanor.
• Strong sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face interactions.
• Field-based role; travel 75% of the time.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and partner management skills.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is required.
• Minimum age 18 and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads to sales from ISV partners and self-sourced opportunities.
• Maintain client records in CRM systems with call notes and interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments.
• Stay updated on partnerships and product portfolio changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leadership.
