The position focuses on building high-performing talent, driving partner success, and shaping GTM strategies through collaboration across cross-functional teams. Remote work is allowed with occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

• Strong ability to drive go-to-market strategies and partner growth.
• Proven track record of coaching experienced professionals and building high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders across multiple organizations without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Channel Managers to support Microsoft partners and accelerate growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance business acumen and leadership skills.
• Guide partners in cloud and subscription services through strategy, pipeline development, and execution.
• Collaborate across Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to align priorities.
