Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of seven Channel Managers driving partner growth and Microsoft ecosystem success. This remote role travels to Arrow offices as needed, developing talent and shaping go-to-market strategies across cloud partners.

You will coach, align stakeholders, and measure impact by partner outcomes and pipeline growth, fostering accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing, partner-facing, or similar sales organizations.
• Strong business acumen with go-to-market and partner growth experience.
• Proven ability to influence across organizations without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented operator with organizational skills and follow-through.
• Robust sales cadence, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
• People-oriented servant leader focused on coaching and growth.
• Open, direct communicator building trust and clear expectations.
• Experience with cloud and subscription services and channel ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing team of Channel Managers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members’ business acumen and leadership.
• Guide the team in creating partner GTM plans and pipeline growth.
• Drive scalable engagement models and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Collaborate across Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, and executives to align priorities.
• Advocate for the team and secure resources and relationships needed for impact.
• Define success by measurable outcomes and continuous process improvement.
