Quincy Compressor seeks a Sales Engineer in the Union, NJ area to drive growth by combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement effective sales strategies.

The role emphasizes territory development, account prospecting, training on compressed air solutions, and leveraging Salesforce, CPQ and SAP to quote, track activities and manage orders.

Formación

• 3+ years in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree or related technical field is desirable.
• Customer-focused with ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to travel domestically as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a strategic sales territory and plan calls for new and existing accounts.
• Guide customers in designing compressed air solutions and stay current on product offerings.
• Prospect new and drifted accounts to generate revenue and manage quotes.
• Audit compressed air systems and work with utilities to process energy rebates.
• Provide training to customers and grow local sub-distribution networks.
• Meet business plan sales goals in compressors, accessories, and aftermarket services.
• Use Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP to quote, track activities, and process orders.
