Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth by applying technical know-how and customer insight. You will develop a strategic sales territory, pursue new accounts, and coordinate with engineering and product teams to implement sales strategies.

You will travel within your territory, collaborate across teams, and leverage Salesforce, CPQ iQ2 and SAP to quote and manage orders. A bachelor’s degree is desirable and compensation ranges with base, commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization (desirable).
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Able to handle varied workloads, stay organized and assertive in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Design compressed air solutions and stay current on Quincy product offerings.
• Prospect new and drifted accounts to generate revenue and manage quotes.
• Audit compressed air systems and assist with rebates for energy savings.
• Support and grow local sub-distribution network.
• Provide training to customers and troubleshoot systems.
• Achieve sales goals across rotaries, compressors, accessories and services.
• Use Salesforce, CPQ iQ2 and SAP to quote, track activities and process orders.
