Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by applying technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement sales strategies.

In this remote role, you will engage new and existing customers, assess needs, deliver presentations and demos, and develop medium-to-long-term sales plans while protecting and expanding key relationships throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree desirable in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization.
• Customer-focused and able to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross, up, and repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
