Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by leveraging technical expertise in compressed air systems and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement sales strategies.

This role is fully remote in the United States, with a focus on building long-term relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and developing strategic plans for key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree desirable in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical field.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand customer needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross, up, and repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
