Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in Hartford, CT is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by combining your technical knowledge with a deep understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement sales strategies.

In this fully remote role, you will engage new and existing customers, assess requirements, deliver compelling demonstrations, and develop plans to protect and expand relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or related technical field (desirable).
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to take calculated risks while analyzing potential pitfalls.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and adaptable to varying workloads.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and propose products, services, or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies with technical knowledge.
