Atlas Copco seeks a Sales Engineer to drive growth by applying technical expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will engage customers both remotely and in-person, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and develop strategies to protect and grow key relationships.

We value candidates with a background in the compressed air industry and a customer-focused mindset, capable of handling varied workloads with self-motivation and strong organization.

Formación

• 3+ years in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree desirable in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Self-motivated, able to lead yourself, and comfortable with varied workloads.
• Assertive, organized and flexible in daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and strategies.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies leveraging technical expertise and customer understanding.
