Atlas Copco, a global leader in compressed air solutions, seeks a Sales Engineer to drive growth by applying technical expertise and customer insight. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate needs into impactful solutions.

Responsibilities include engaging customers (face-to-face and remote), delivering compelling demonstrations, and crafting medium-to-long-term plans to protect and expand relationships.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical field is desirable.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to take risks while analyzing potential pitfalls of actions.
• Self-motivated, able to work across varied workloads, assertive and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies leveraging technical expertise and customer insight.
