Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by applying technical expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs. The role is fully remote, employed through our Marietta, US entity, with potential ties to other locations.

You will engage in face-to-face and remote sales with new and existing customers, deliver compelling product demonstrations, assess needs, and develop medium-to-long-term plans to protect, grow, and diversify key relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree desirable in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization.
• Customer-focused and able to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to take risks while analyzing potential pitfalls.
• Self-motivated, able to lead yourself and manage varied workloads.
• Assertive and organized with flexibility in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, cross-sell, upsell, and renew to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
