Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer insights into effective sales strategies, develop medium-to-long-term plans, and protect and expand

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree (desirable) in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical field.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Able to take calculated risks while analyzing potential pitfalls.
• Self-motivated, organized, and flexible to varying workloads.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, and cross, up, and repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate products and solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify customer relationships.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies through your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
