Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization is desirable.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritise customer needs.
• Willing to take risks while analyzing potential pitfalls of actions.
• Self-led, motivated and able to manage varied workloads with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales with new, cross-sell, up-sell and repeat business.
• Assess customer needs and propose suitable products, services or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow and diversify customer relationships.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies leveraging technical expertise.
