Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned ECH Field Engineer to lead on-site and cloud-based deployments of Emergency Call Handling solutions across the United States. The role requires extensive travel (75%+), hands-on configuration, testing, and post-cut support for on-premise and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with customers and partners to ensure smooth production readiness. Preferred candidates have 3+ years in deployment/integration of complex IP products, strong cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology.
• 3+ years of deployment and integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms and Deployment Models (Azure, AWS, Private Cloud).
• Experience with cloud-based application troubleshooting including SSO/Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS applications.
• Performs site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local site infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provides support to customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Documents changes to cloud tenants and API integrations during implementation.
• Ensures installation issues are resolved promptly.
• Participates in development/approval of cloud migration methods and system upgrades.
• Participates in pre-contract presentations and customer negotiations.
