Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to implement and support ECH solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. You will configure systems, perform site verification, and ensure seamless production cutovers for customers and partners.

Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally. Applicants should have a engineering/IT background, 5+ years in engineering/technical environments, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying/integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud fundamentals and certifications are a plus.
• Strong networking, AD, and security basics.
• SIP interfaces and call flow understanding for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and verify ECH solutions across on-prem and cloud.
• Lead site verification testing and cutover to production.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Document configuration changes and API integrations.
• Support customers and partners during deployment.
