Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer for remote-based work across the United States with over 75% travel. You will implement, configure, test, and support ECH solutions on-premise and cloud-hosted environments, collaborating with customers and channel partners to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires experience with cloud platforms, IP product deployment, and strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on public safety applications and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology.
• 3+ years of deployment and integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms and Deployment Models (Azure, AWS, Private Cloud).
• Experience with Cloud-based troubleshooting, including connectivity, latency analysis, and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) preferred.
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for all supported ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS applications.
• Site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provides support to customers and partners during deployment.
• Documents changes to solutions and cloud tenant configurations.
