Job summary
Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to deploy and support Emergency Call Handling solutions across customer sites and cloud environments. This remote role requires extensive travel (>75%) across the US, with on-site configuration, testing, and post-cut support.
You will configure, verify, and troubleshoot hybrid cloud deployments, partner with customers and channel partners, and help ensure successful implementations of both on-premise and cloud-hosted systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology.
- 3+ years deploying and integrating complex IP products and systems.
- Cloud platforms experience (Azure, AWS, or Private Cloud).
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred; CompTIA Network+ and Security+.
Responsibilities
- Configure ECH solutions across hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
- Perform site verification testing before production cutover.
- Troubleshoot connectivity between on-site gear and cloud environments.
- Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
- Document changes to cloud tenants and API integrations.
- Assist in cloud migration methods and system upgrades.
