Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote ECH Field Engineer to deploy and support Emergency Call Handling solutions across the US and international sites. You will configure, test, and cut sites into production, support cloud-hosted components, and collaborate with customers and partners.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering or technical environments, cloud experience, strong Windows/Linux know-how, network and security skills, and willingness for heavy travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Proficient with VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and remote configuration of ECH solutions across environments.
• Test and cut sites into production with cloud-hosted components.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Document changes to configurations and API integrations.
• Support customers and partners during deployment and migration.
