Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to oversee on-site configuration, testing, cutover, and post-cut support for ECH solutions. This remote role covers the US with extensive travel to customer sites and international locations.

You will configure, test, and troubleshoot hybrid cloud and SaaS deployments, document changes, and collaborate with customers and partners to ensure smooth production readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 5+ years in deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting, connectivity and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Conducts site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provides production deployment support to customers and partners.
• Documents changes including cloud configurations and API integrations.
