Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer for a remote US-based position. You will manage on-site and cloud deployments, perform testing, and support customers and partners during production cutovers.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/technical environments, strong knowledge of virtualization, networking, and cloud services, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances for government contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of deployment or integration experience with complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based applications, connectivity, latency, and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Experience with server virtualization and databases (VMware, Hyper-V, SQL Server).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on on-premise and cloud-hosted environments.
• Perform site verification and production cutovers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between on-site and cloud environments.
• Provide customer and partner support during deployment.
• Document changes and API integrations during deployment.
