Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to deploy and support ECH solutions. The role requires vast on-site and cloud integration expertise with heavy travel (50-75%), including remote work from anywhere in the US.

You will verify installations, configure networks, and coordinate with customers and partners to ensure smooth production readiness. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in engineering environments, cloud and virtualization experience, and strong knowledge

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering/technical environment.
• Experience deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud and on-premise deployment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Tests site readiness and cuts into production environments.
• Configures connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Supports customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Documents changes including cloud configurations and API integrations.
• Resolves installation/quality issues in a timely manner.
• Participates in cloud migration methods and upgrades.
