Responsibilities

• Regional Strategy and Roadmap aligned to Global Enablement programs and regional needs.
• Gap Analysis to identify readiness gaps within the sales team.
• Executive Partnership with Americas Regional Directors and KPI alignment with revenue targets.
• Program Development and Delivery across onboarding and value-selling plays.
• Onboarding: manage an onboarding journey to reduce ramp time for new hires.
• Drive adoption of Rubrik’s sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) for standardized pipeline qualification.
