Rubrik is seeking a Sr. Manager of Field Enablement for North America to drive productivity and readiness of the sales organization across the Americas in a remote US-based role.

You will architect scalable enablement programs—from onboarding to value selling—ensuring Account Executives communicate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions effectively. In this role you’ll partner with Americas leadership, define regional roadmaps, and lead onboarding,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales Enablement or related roles.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot/Seismic, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Regional Strategy and Roadmap aligned to Global Enablement programs.
• Gap Analysis to identify regional readiness gaps.
• Executive Partnership with Americas Regional Directors.
• Program Development and Delivery across onboarding to value selling.
• Onboarding management to reduce ramp time for new hires.
• Drive adoption of Rubrik’s sales methodologies.
• Metrics and Operational Excellence tracking enablement impact.
• Data-Driven Insights via CRM (Salesforce) and engagement tools.
• KPI Ownership: quota attainment, win rates, and product plays.
