Job summary

Axon is seeking a deployment-focused professional to lead end-to-end deployments for customers in LATAM, with a strong emphasis on post-sale success and cross-team collaboration.

You will deliver tailored training to diverse audiences, coordinate with vendors, and drive deployment quality while traveling up to 50% across LATAM, Central/South America, and the Caribbean. Remote work in Puerto Rico is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Deployment).
• Direct experience deploying hardware/software in complex operational environments.
• FAA Part 107 certification preferred or obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments, post-sale, as primary contact.
• Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams, public safety operators, and IT staff.
• Guide customers in creating operational policies that integrate Dedrone with Axon ecosystems.
• Coordinate and manage third-party training and integration vendors.
• Conduct site assessments to inform hardware placement and design.
• Develop deployment documentation, SOP templates, and training plans.
