Job summary

Axon is seeking a Deployment Lead for Dedrone by Axon, focused on end-to-end deployments with heavy travel. You will train diverse customer teams and align deployments with agency tech stacks, including Axon Evidence and body-worn cameras.

This remote role requires 3–5 years in professional services, strong networking skills, and a passion for safety technology. Travel up to 50% across LATAM and the Caribbean is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles in Professional Services or Deployment.
• Direct experience deploying hardware/software in complex environments.
• Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, or UAS programs.
• Strong networking and Linux CLI familiarity.
• Able to train diverse audiences, from executives to technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments as the primary post-sale contact.
• Deliver role-based training to drone teams, public safety, and IT staff.
• Guide customers on operational policies and workflows across Axon systems.
• Coordinate third-party vendors for training and integration.
• Conduct site assessments for hardware placement and deployment design.
• Develop deployment docs, SOPs, and handoffs; maintain ongoing oversight.
