Job summary

Axon is seeking a remote, field deployment specialist to implement network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon Fleet products across the United States. You will travel 100% domestically, engaging with police and IT leadership to ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities include conducting trainings, creating network diagrams, documenting deployments, and coordinating with clients through the full implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation including systems software, Windows OS and applications.
• Cradlepoint Router configuration and deployment knowledge.
• Experience with IP-based Ethernet networks (LAN/WAN/VPN).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions with minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor software implementation lifecycles and assist with customizations.
• Conduct training sessions for customer technicians and end users on Axon products.
