Job summary

Axon is seeking a deployment-focused professional for remote opportunities in Puerto Rico. You will lead end-to-end deployments, train customer drone teams and public safety operators, and align workflows with Axon’s technology stack.

This role emphasizes technical delivery, strong communication, and travel readiness across LATAM and the Americas. Candidates should have 3–5 years in customer-facing roles, experience deploying hardware/software in complex environments, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Deployment).
• Direct experience deploying hardware/software solutions in complex environments.
• FAA Part 107 certification preferred or obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments as primary post-sale contact.
• Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams and IT staff.
• Guide customers in creating workflows that integrate Dedrone/Dedrone/ Axon systems with existing tech stacks.
• Coordinate and manage third-party training and integration vendors.
• Conduct site assessments for hardware placement.
• Build and maintain deployment documentation and SOPs.
• Provide post-deployment monitoring and escalation with stakeholders.
• Capture and relay customer feature requests to Product/Engineering.
• Attend strategic customer meetings with Sales for deployment context.
• Lead or assist in POCs including setup, training, and debriefs.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical and services detail.
• Draft or validate Statements of Work based on deployment scope.
