Job summary

Axon seeks a skilled Deployment Specialist to lead end-to-end deployments with post-sale contact for our LATAM customers. You will train drone teams, public safety operators, and IT staff, and align workflows that integrate Dedrone and Axon platforms.

You will coordinate vendors, perform site assessments, document deployment steps, and monitor post-deployment success, while traveling heavily to customer sites and staying compliant with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in customer-facing roles such as Professional Services, Field Engineering, or Deployment.
• Experience deploying hardware/software in complex operational environments.
• Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing or UAS programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, Linux CLI, and basic system administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments; serve as primary post-sale contact.
• Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams and IT staff.
• Guide customers in creating operational policies and workflows integrating Dedrone/Axon systems.
• Coordinate third-party vendors for training and integration.
• Perform site assessments for hardware placement and design.
• Maintain deployment documentation and SOPs; manage handoffs.
• Provide post-deployment monitoring and escalation with success metrics.
