Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a field deployment specialist to lead end-to-end deployments for Dedrone integrations and Axon systems in LATAM and Caribbean clients. You will train customer drone teams, coordinate vendors, and develop deployment documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer-facing deployment, strong networking knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 50% while lifting up to 50 pounds. Location is Puerto Rico with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Deployment).
• Direct experience deploying hardware/software in complex environments.
• Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, or UAS programs is a plus.
• Strong IP networking knowledge: Linux CLI, SNMP, DHCP, PoE.
• Able to travel heavily and lift 50+ pounds; comfortable with field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments as primary post-sale contact.
• Deliver role-based training to diverse customer teams.
• Guide customers in creating operational policies integrating Dedrone and Axon systems.
• Coordinate third-party training and integration vendors.
• Conduct site assessments for hardware placement and design.
• Maintain deployment documentation and SOPs.
• Provide post-deployment monitoring and escalation for stakeholders.
