Job summary

Axon is seeking a Deployment Lead to own end-to-end post-sale deployments for customers in Puerto Rico and LATAM. You will coordinate hardware logistics, training, and integration with Axon/Dedrone systems while traveling up to 50% to client sites across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles such as Professional Services, Field Engineering, Deployment
• Direct experience deploying hardware/software in complex environments
• Understanding of drone systems, airspace, RF sensing, or UAS programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments as primary contact after sale.
• Provide role-based training to diverse customer teams.
• Guide customers on operational policies and integrations with Axon/Dedrone systems.
• Coordinate third-party training and ensure delivery quality.
• Conduct site assessments for hardware placement and design.
• Maintain deployment docs, SOPs, and training plans.
• Provide post-deployment monitoring and issue resolutions.
