Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale enterprise deployments for federal government and public safety clients. This high-visibility, remote role has end-to-end governance, P&L responsibility, cross-functional leadership, and federal compliance.

This is a fully remote position with up to 50% travel across North America. Preference for candidates based in Eastern/Central locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in engineering/business/project management environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale software solutions for federal procurements is preferred.
• Certification: PMP in process or completed preferred; PgMP/SAFe SPC/Release Train Engineer a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the master project plan using automated tools and procedures.
• Defines and measures performance to achieve goals.
• Leads multidisciplinary project team to achieve successful completion.
• Maintains budgets and financial objectives (revenue, margin, cash).
• Interfaces with customers and channel partners to ensure project goals.
