Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale, enterprise deployments for federal government and public safety clients. You will own governance, P&L, cross-functional leadership, and compliance while delivering mission-critical software solutions.

This fully remote position allows up to 50% travel to customer sites across North America, with a preference for candidates in Eastern/Central regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software project or program management experience delivering complex, large-scale software solutions.
• Experience leading federal government software contracts is strongly preferred; alternative experience in public safety or regulated industries will be considered.
• PMP in process or completed strongly preferred; advanced program management or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments for federal government and public safety clients.
• Own governance, financial performance (P&L), and client satisfaction across programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal growth teams to shape proposals and deliver mission-critical software.
• Manage risk, change control, and stakeholder communications; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
