Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments for federal government and public safety clients. In this high-visibility, remote role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for program governance, financial performance (P&L), cross-functional team leadership, federal compliance, and client satisfaction.

This is a fully remote position, with up to 50% travel to customer sites across North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software project or program management experience delivering complex, large-scale software solutions.
• Experience leading federal government software contracts is strongly preferred; equivalent enterprise experience considered.
• PMP in process or completed strongly preferred; advanced PM/Agile certs are a plus.
• Federal contracting knowledge or willingness to learn is required.
• Expertise in proposal development, effort estimation, and win strategies for large procurements.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale software deployments and complex technology initiatives for federal clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams, governance, and financial performance across programs.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, margin, and change management per contracts.
• Identify risks and escalate issues with mitigation plans; support proposals.
