Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale enterprise deployments for federal government and public safety clients in a remote role with up to 50% travel across North America. You will own governance, P&L, cross-functional leadership, federal compliance, and client satisfaction.

This is a highly visible role with opportunities to influence strategic proposals and mission-critical software deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT or Business.
• 8+ years of software project or program management experience.
• Experience leading federal government software contracts preferred.
• PMP strongly preferred; Advanced PM/Agile certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale software deployments with end-to-end governance.
• Direct cross-functional teams and manage budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Interface with federal customers and channel partners; provide regular updates.
• Support proposals, effort estimation, and win strategies for large federal procurements.
