Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Manager for US Federal DoD Markets to ensure contract success and grow service sales. The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving P&L targets across federal accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in lifecycle account management or related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle/Salesforce. 25–50% travel; East Coast preference.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of lifecycle service account management, systems integration, LMR sales or LMR engineering.
• Ability to pass a Federal Background Check.
• Knowledge of Motorola RF systems and products is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience handling US Federal Government contracts preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage Federal Government Land Mobile Radio service contracts and ensure successful deliveries.
• Develop relationships and grow managed service sales across large accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sale and Post-sale teams to service customers and expand Motorola Service business.
• Achieve P&L goals, service billings, and margin performance.
• Coordinate with Navy and other accounts to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Market Motorola service capabilities to Federal accounts and partners.
