Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Public Safety, Project Coordination/Management, Account Management, Customer Support with large Government customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance may be required.
• Experience with US Federal Government contracts performance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Federal Government LMR service contracts and ensure successful deliveries.
• Cultivate relationships and grow managed service product sales across large accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sale, and Post-sale teams to service customers and grow Motorola Service business.
• Achieve P&L goals including service billings and cost/margin performance.
• Market service capabilities to Federal Systems Technologists, Repair Depot, Subcontractors, and National System Support services.
• Provide support across time zones and global locations as needed.
