You will manage land mobile radio service contracts for key accounts, drive service sales, and coordinate with Sales, Pre-sale, and Post-sale teams to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of lifecycle service account management, systems implementation/integration, LMR sales, or LMR engineering.
• Must pass a Federal Background Check.
• Experience with US Federal Government contracts performance is a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle and Salesforce applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Federal Government Land Mobile Radio service contracts for assigned customers.
• Cultivate relationships and grow managed service product sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Management, Pre-sale and Post-sale teams to service customers.
• Achieve P&L goals, including service billings, and cost/margin performance.
• Market Motorola service capabilities to federal accounts.
• Comply with US Federal Government Markets Division contracting requirements and policies.
• Provide support across time zones and global locations.
• Support contract management, billing/receivables, and P&L tracking.
