Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives. This role offers flexible remote work from anywhere in the United States with proximity to a major airport and requires 50%+ domestic travel.

You will oversee deployment, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, draft SOWs, and communicate progress to stakeholders while ensuring contractual compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• PM/PMO experience preferred for government contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication in complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch or upgrade systems.
• Direct full project lifecycle from initiation to handoff and monitor metrics.
