Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Manager for US Federal DoD markets. You will manage LMR service contracts, develop relationships with federal accounts, and drive service sales growth. Travel 25–50% with preference for Eastern Region and a data-driven focus on P&L and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or 5+ years' relevant experience, plus proficiency with Oracle/Salesforce and Microsoft Office. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lifecycle service account management, systems implementation/integration, LMR sales, or LMR engineering experience.
• Must pass a Federal Background Check.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with US Federal Government contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Federal Government Land Mobile Radio service contracts and ensure successful deliveries.
• Cultivate relationships and grow managed service product sales in large government accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sale and Post-sale teams to service customers and grow Motorola Service business.
• Lead growth with accountable P&L for service billings and margins.
